I first heard about this when they showed up at my previous job to promote their new eatery. They were offering free backed goods and handed out fliers on what they served.
Semi Sweet Chocolate Chunk: There were huge chunks of milk chocolate chips and the middle of the cookie was super moist. It had a slight cinnamon kick to it which reminded me of a snicker doodle. There was a good chocolate chip to dough ratio but some parts did just taste like unbaked cookie dough which I’m not sure if it’s a good thing or bad thing.
Peach Coffee Cake: I was not pleased about the pastry beucase I just tasted the brown sugar. It was felt like a spoonful was tossed over the muffin and the sugar tasted like it was sitting in the pantry for a while.
Napa Waldorf Chicken Salad Sandwich: The bread was soft but the nuts added the pleasant crunch. The celery, and chicken was complimented by the sweet cranberries.
