BCD Tofu House Mackerel You Need To Try

Over the weekend, my parents, bro, and "G" and I went to BCD Tofu house for lunch and I decided to order something different other than the soon dubu. I ordered the Soon Tofu and Entree Combo and from the selection, I ordered the BCD Tofu House Mackerel dish and it was huge! and quite scary looking actually since I did not expect it to be so huge. I usually order the mild Kimchi soon tofu but I took the chance and got the medium spicy and boy was it hot. My dad ordered the bul gogi combination, my bro ordered the galbi short ribs combination, and "G" ordered the spicy pork combination so it was like a KBBQ buffet! There were only 2 staff, they forgot to bring me my water, never came back to replenish the banchan dish, and got seafood soup for "G" even though he clearly stated he wanted the beef soon tofu. To my surprise, non of this happened this time around. The ladies greeted us and seated us right away, they took our orders on time and understood what we wanted, and came back to replenish our side dishes. The only thing that was disappointing was that they didn't offer scoops of ice cream or coffee like the one located in Cerritos but luckily there was a Boba Loca few doors down so we went there for a sweet finish. BCD Tofu House Garden Grove is located at 9520 Garden Grove Blvd #9, Garden Grove, CA 92844.
