Hey guys, so here’s the What I Ate Wednesday Part 2 from yesterday’s post =) On my post yesterday, I promised that I would share my visit to Pieology Pizza! Here, you can make your own custom pizza and top it with whatever your heart desires. It was a busy day here as always and people are lined up to get their own personal pizza.
The good thing about this place is that the line moves really fast as the assembly line concept to build your pizza is a quick and efficient way. Quite similar to Chipotle and Subway and I believe Chipotle own Pieology.
I’m usually making a simple pizza like adding the usual such as Parmesan, mozzarella, olives, tomatoes, spicy chicken, and artichokes. I suggest you definitely get the artichokes because they’re awesome. I would’ve added some minced garlic but I didn’t want to smell like garlic.
