Hey friends it’s time for another weekend wrap up. This weekend went by so fast I couldn’t believe it was already a start of another week. The weather’s been way too hot… It was around 90+ here in Orange County…but on the bright side I had lots of yummy sweets and eats and fun times at Catalina Island. I had a colorful donut (shown above), cookies to celebrate football season, Ghirardeli chocolates, healthy eats like fruits and oatmeal, and great food from eating out.
This has been a week of sampling sweets here and there. I’ll talk more into details of the candy products and chips I sampled on a separate post but for now you can check out the yummy pictures.

Saturday night after our Catalina trip, we enjoyed dinner at Chicken Maison.
Friday night was noodle dinner night at Shin Sen Gumi.
We discovered a new ice cream shop called Milk Bar that just opened in Fountain Valley CA!
While I was browsing through Target, I couldn’t help but notice the Pirate’s Booty with Marvel characters! Thought it was really cool.
I’ve also checked out Target and if I can get to it, I’ll share my Target haul with you all.

I tried this new Chia Spiced Hot Cereal for the first time and liked it. It really taste like spiced chia tea!
“G” and I got a Groupon deal for a boat ride to Catalina Island. We almost went last year but it expired so we were definitely not going to let this opportunity pass us by this time.
Gosh isn’t Catalina Island just beautiful? I wish I could go back to the crystal blue water, the fun golf car rides, and just all the fun in the sun.
