Hi friends, so here’s the long-awaited weekend wrap up. I haven’t done this in a long time but thought it was time for another one. So two weekends ago, my friend was having her “surprise” birthday at her sister’s house. It was funny that she already knew it was happening but we all wanted to make it special and turned the lights off at the house and to surprise her anyways.
On Friday I made a quick stop to Cost Plus World Market and saw a bunch of cool candies.
Last Saturday morning, we went to our usual favorite breakfast joint at Mutt Lynch’s. I wanted to be adventurous and ordered the Chocolate & Bacon Pancakes as well as Banana Pancakes! YUM. Omg you guys it was awesome. There were so much melted chocolate chips and the bacon were crispy and there was a lot in the pancakes.
I was staying away from coffee the last week so it was time to indulge here. The weather was great even for November and there were a lot of surfers showing quite late to catch some waves. Surfers usually finish by 9 but since the wavers were high it was a popular weekend for surfers. Though there weren’t much fisherman. Here’s another video of my day at the beach. After a nice stroll at the beach, we walked around Hi-Times Wine Cellar.
Saturday was game night and our friends invited us for dinner. We made our own nachos with ground beef and beans, chicken, olives, green onions, tomatoes, salsa, guacamole, and chips.
