Hey everyone happy Monday! The weekend sure just flew by from a blink of an eye. I know I said I would post up the pizza recipe and I just was so busy. So I apologize for the delay so here’s the pizza recipe. A few weekends ago, the weather was perfect to bake up some Veggie Sausage Pizza Recipe. Since we went to our friends home to grill up some sausages and had many left over it was perfect to grill it up and toss it on the pizza.

As always we used the Breadman machine to do all the dough work and once it was ready, we were ready to get the pizza going.
If you can invest in a marble rolling pin, do so because it’s so worth it. It’s heavy for a reason and it really stretch the dough flat and with little effort. Just roll the pin in the direction to flatten and stretch out the dough into a perfect pizza dough. Also invest in a good cast iron pizza like the Lodge Cast Iron Pizza Pan.
