The Merry Piglets Mexican Grill is located at 160 N Cache St Jackson, WY 83001.
The first year I went to Jackson Wyoming which was back in 2011, we were indecisive on where to go for dinner. We walked all around town to check out the restaurant’s menu which was usually placed on the window. We’d look at the kind of food they served and the price. It felt like we were starving citizens hoping someone would invite us in and feed us.
So after we checked out the surrounding restaurants, we decided to check The Merry Piglets Mexican Grill, but unfortunately they were closing! Jackson is a small little town so places close early. Perhaps around 9pm, everyone is inside their home.
Finally in 2012, we were able to decide on where to go for dinner and went into the restaurant. My bf ordered a carne asada fajita which only had a tower of onions and barely any meat. My tostada was plain and was something I could’ve bought at the market and make a better one. Getting our order took forever too. Our experience wasn’t great, but we did enjoy each others company while we waited.
