While we were in the town of Jackson Hole WY, we happened to walk around town and noticed The Bunnery Bakery so we decided to give them a try. We had to have a hearty breakfast because our whole day were going to be spent at The Grand Tetons National Park full of sightseeing and hiking.
Luckily they have a menu outside while you’re waiting because everyone comes here for breakfast! You could clearly tell who the locals were because even at 35 degrees in the morning, they were wearing shots and shirts whereas we were all bundled up in our heavy jackets.
I ordered “The Regular” my first time here. It includes two eggs, bacon, hash brown, and their O.S.M. toast which is a healthful combination of whole wheat, rolled oats, sunflower seeds and millet grain.
The simple but cute mug where my coffee was served. (I wonder if they sell their mugs, I don’t remember.)
I ordered their O.S.M. waffle my 2nd time here.
The Bunnery Restaurant is located at 130 N Cache St Jackson, WY 83001.
I saw a woman sitting behind our table drinking a latte so I had to get one. It had just the right about of coffee and the silkiness of the foam was just right.
