We came to The Bunnery in 2011 & 2012 and every visit was a good one and that’s why I get so excited over it. One might ask why I get so excited about the small town breakfast joint? Well not only do I enjoy their O.S.M. bread & food, it’s how it brings back wonderful memories. And with a name like The Bunnery, I just imagine a cute fuzzy snow sunny cuddling inside this place.

Let me tell you a story of The Bunnery Pancake… I wanted pancakes so I decided to order The Bunnery Pancake which is made with their O.S.M. batter consisting of oats, sunflower, and millet. The pancakes also came with a side of eggs which were done over easy and also came with a side of crispy bacon. I highly recommend The Bunnery Pancakes for anyone who tries this place out for the first time. They have a nutty flavor from the sunflower and you get that nice crunch from the millet.  The pancakes are like non other you’ve tried before and completely different experience.

What I like about this place is that it’s located in a small town and it’s a cozy little restaurant. I just love looking at their many different selection of pastries, their prepackaged pancake mix & granola mix, and just having breakfast with good company. You will also take notice of the breathtaking photography from a local displayed here.

You will face a dilemma when you ask yourself “what do you choose when there’s so much too choose!?”

The Bunnery Bakery & Restaurant is located at 130 N Cache St Jackson, WY 83001.
