Happy Friday all! It’s finally here and I am so happy it is. It was tough coming back home from Wyoming because every time I’m there I just want to stay there forever. Not that I’m complaining about the great SoCal weather, late night hours for malls, the stores, shops, online shopping and all that good stuff, you just can’t get enough of the small town feel and life.
Can you believe we’ve been to the Bunnery back in 2011 and also in 2012, 2013 and just last week! I like to officially say it’s our yearly tradition to always stop by and get something here.
June 1 2014
Before we started our day we wanted to fill up at our favorite breakfast joint in Jackson Hole Wyoming. Well actually we headed out to the park early in the morning to see if we could spot a bull moose and other animals before we went to breakfast. After the sight-seeing for the early morning we went back to town for breakfast.
It was quite a busy day for The Bunnery as there were locals were chatting in a big group, couples eating breakfast quietly, friends meeting up for some breakfast, and the staff going back and forth to take our orders.
Our waitress was very nice and she had hearing aids on and kept apologizing to everyone that she can’t hear that well. She was such a nice lady but she was spunky because she was tatted up, had a funky hair style, and the trendy framed glasses.
I originally wanted to order The Regular which is served with O.S.M. toast, bacon, and egg, but “G” was going to get O.S.M. pancakes so I just had to get it too. I remember trying it last year and just loved the nutty flavor and the crunch you get from it. If I come to The Bunnery I want to make sure I get their O.S.M. items.I decided to get The Bunnery OSM Pancake.
Baked Goods at the Bunnery
The Bunnery offers so much delicious baked goods from cookies to cake. They are famous for their O.S.M. bread which consist of oats, sunflower, and millet. If you’ve never tried it I suggest you buy one from their online store. What I like the most about the O.S.M. is that it’s hefty and you can taste the nuttiness and get the crunch from the millet and sunflower.
All their baked yummies are homemade and used with the finest ingredients.
The Bunnery Bakery & Restaurant is located at 130 N Cache St Jackson, WY 83001.
