Yay Wednesday is here once again! Here’s another What I Ate Wednesday edition.
Breakfast was Chicken Salad on a toasted wheat bread topped with tomatoes. I know it’s odd to have a sandwich for breakfast but it was just one of those chicken kind of mornings.
Lunch was chicken again! Not only did I have chicken, I also had a healthy serving of salad and a little bit of chips.
I met my friend for dinner at Monora Thai restaurant because I was craving Thai food again. I’m always in the mood for Thai food so I asked my friend if she wanted to meet me here and she agreed, woo hoo! The Thai Salad is pretty simple and I don’t know what makes it Thai. There was only two sad pieces of shrimp and just one hard boiled egg sliced up on a bed of romaine lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and other veggies.
