Happy Friday everyone!! It's finally here =D This morning was a bit gloomy and it actually sprinkled a bit. So Cal weather sure is all over the place. I'm really hoping the weekend will be sunny since we're planning to go to the Safari Park since the new Tiger Trail is going to open. I'm SO excited! What are your plans? Please share!
Last Friday, we celebrated "G"s birthday and wanted to go somewhere simple so we decided to go to TGI Fridays on a Friday! How fitting right? We tried to go to the bar seating area but they were all packed since everyone was taking advantage of the happy hour deal...We sat at the tables so it was okay. The menu really has changed since the last time we were here and there were more pictures of the dishes! Is it just me or do you just love menu with pictures of the food?

Tuscan Spinach Dip And Chips[/caption]
The Tuscan Spinach Dip looked yummy and the chips were served on a fancy shmancy wired stand. The chips were so-so. I was really hoping for the market or restaurant style tortilla chips but these were cold and really hard =(

Strawberry lemonade[/caption]
There was a new drink that caught both our attention! It was a non refillable strawberry lemonade with bits of strawberry chunks in it! My mouth was watering up because I expected it to be sour BUT it was soooo sweet. It was not what I was expecting but it was still tasty non the less.

TGI Fridays Sizzling Chicken And Spinach[/caption]
It was time for the main dish and I typically get the Jack Daniel's Chicken plate but something else caught my eyes. Sizzling Chicken And Spinach was TGI Friday's new dish which was only around 500 calories! This was perfect since I ate a lot of the Spinach Dip.
