Tasty Tuesday: Most Expensive Salad At Quattro Caffe

Quattro Caffe has been one of my go to places, only because I see this place every time I walk around the mall. The place is always filled with shoppers taking a break with families, friends, or single people just grabbing lunch. I decided to finally try it and got the perfect seat in the house which is right in front of the restaurant where you can people watch. I noticed other single eaters too and this is my first experience as a single eater at a sit down restaurant.

You'll notice that it's very expensive but I only tried the salad so far and you won't believe how much it is... It was mixed with a little bit of olive oil and vinaigrette with spring greens and carrots, but was not worth the $12. The waiter who came by with the order had asked if I wanted some peppers on it so he grind up some fresh ones to top it off. I wasn't a big fan of the bread but the sticks were quite tasty because it's a bit spicy and crunchy and perfect to dip into the olive oil and vinaigrette sauce. Would I come here again? Perhaps just to try the pizza as I overheard a customer raving about the pizza. Quattro Caffe is located at 3333 Bristol St Ste 1201 Costa Mesa, CA 92626.
