When I first heard about the boba craze, Tapioca Express was the first thing that came to mind. I was a teeny bopper when I used to go here with my friends. I don’t recall how it tasted back then but I did go here recently with my bf for Valentine’s Day after having dinner at Woodranch Grill.
I asked for quarter sugar but my drink was packed with sugar and the coffee cup’s lid was cracked.
