Take a seat and when you do, you will notice there is a cup with an order form with a list of many different rolls and appetizers. Check out the list and check off which sashimi or rolls that you want. Yellowtail sashimi is a must try as it’s fresh so if you’re looking to try something from the paper menu then this is it. Just thinking about it makes me crave more delicious yellowtail sashimi. Sweet shrimp as well as the fried shrimp head is popular and must try as well!
Tanin-Don which is the salmon and sea-urchin bowl is a must try. This was my first time and I took my friend’s “H” suggestion. I’m glad I did because everything about it was exactly what I was craving. The sea-urchin is like butter in your mouth as it was fresh and full of flavor. The salmon was fresh as well and was perfect for dipping into the soy sauce with a little bit of wasabi.
For those who don’t eat seafood there’s also a meat section such as Chicken Teriyaki, Beef Teriyaki, Kalbee, and deep-fried veggies and chicken.
With your entrée order you will be served a small salad and miso soup. Nothing can ever go wrong with soup and salad, especially the dressing on the salad and the warmth of the soup no matter how hot it may be outside.
