[caption id="attachment_17829" align="alignnone" width="600"] Pizza Rev Logo[/caption] It seems like everyone is jumping in on the "Make Your Own Pizza joint". For dinner "G" had for suggestions for dinner so I just started naming all the restaurants on top of my head. That didn't help much so we just started driving towards all the shopping area where the restaurants are at and we parked at a parking lot until we figured something out, then TADA, here was PizzaRev. [caption id="attachment_17830" align="alignnone" width="600"] Pizza Rev interior[/caption] I was skeptical of the place since "G" said he came here before for lunch and it was too packed and nothing special about it. Still with skepticism in mind we tried our luck. Plus when you look at the place from the outside, it doesn't seem like much is going on. Then you see how modern and trendy the place is! There's even a wine and beer bar. Impressive right? [caption id="attachment_17834" align="alignnone" width="600"] Pizza Rev build your own pizza with Canadian bacon, cheese, blue cheese, pepperoni, artichokes, and bell peppers[/caption] The ordering process is quite simple at Pizza Rev as you just stand in line like any other Build Your Own Pizza joints such as Piology, Blaze Pizza, and Mod Pizza and select everything you want on your pizza. Choose from their pizza menu OR you can get more for your bucks by building your own. PLUS how can you say no to the limitless toppings right? Here is "G"'s pizza with Canadian bacon, cheese, blue cheese, pepperoni, artichokes, and bell peppers. [caption id="attachment_17770" align="alignnone" width="600"] Pizza Rev build your own pizza with artichokes, onions, basil, chicken, cheese, and mushrooms.[/caption] It seems like all my personal pizza I've had so far looks the same...but that's because I basically get the same toppings no matter where I go. I added artichokes, onions, basil, chicken, cheese, and mushrooms. My goodness, the crust is super thin and really crispy. I think compared to all the pizza places I've been to, the crust here is awesome. [caption id="attachment_17831" align="alignnone" width="600"] Futuristic soda machine: Coke, Diet Coke, Coca Cola, Fanta, DR Pepper, Mello Yello, Sprite, Minute Maid, Seagrams, and so much more![/caption] I felt like a kid in a candy store when I saw this futuristic soda fountain! Just look at all the options. I tried a bit of the Minute Maid Lemonade and mixed it with the Seagrams's Sparkling Seltzer water since I don't drink soda. Those two combination is quite refreshing and delicious. [caption id="attachment_17832" align="alignnone" width="600"] Pizza Rev drink[/caption] Grab your drink and your order number while you choose your seat! [caption id="attachment_17828" align="alignnone" width="600"] Shangri La Natural Black Tea and Tropical Passion Iced Tea[/caption] I even tried the Tropical Passion Iced tea, but I took that to go. 🙂 [caption id="attachment_17833" align="alignnone" width="600"] Pizza artwork[/caption] I was very impressed at how clean the place was nice seating area, night ambiance, artwork, and OMG you have to check out their kitchen because it's a massive room with lots of tanks. Not sure what the tanks were for but it looks pretty cool. So what did "G" and I think of Pizza Rev? We loved it! The staff was nice, they're really generous with the toppings which looked fresh, the orders came fast, it's a clean environment, and it was delicious. Mmmm mmm pizza. Wanna try it out?
