As I was Yelping, I happened to stumble upon a pizza joint called Piology. I checked out the reviews and the images of the food and it looked pretty darn tasty. I’ve never been to build-your-own-pizza joint so this was my chance to try it out.
Make sure you head over there early because the line will be out the door! As I was waiting in line, I had time to really think about what I wanted to order. From the type of crust, to the type of sauce and dressing, I had to make up my mind quick since the line moves somewhat fast.
I chose whole wheat pizza crust to be healthy, mozzarella cheese in which the staff packed on a huge handful, olives, tomato, artichokes, and chicken. The pizza was baked to perfection. I say perfection because the crust was light, crispy, and had a slight burnt taste in a good way. What made the pizza delicious was the fact that it was thin crust which is my most favorite way of having pizza.
I also tried the cinnamon sugar pizza which is like a cinnamon roll but in a pizza form. It’s a pizza crust with cinnamon, brown sugar, and a drizzle of icing and was very tasty. Unfortunately, I totally forgot to take a picture of it! Well that just means I have a reason to go back =)
I definitely want to go back and try one of their creations or build my own pizza with the different sauce and toppings.
