It’s a Friday so lets treat ourselves 🙂
It’s finally Friday so I decided to stop by Peet’s Coffee and get their Peet’s coffee streusel coffee cake! The crumbly butter chucks which were topped on the cake was flavorful and had a hint of buttery flavor. The chunks and chocolate chips gave it a good crunch and the texture of the cake was soft and very moist. I didn’t really taste the coffee in it but I had it with my espresso so I got a good balance. I was waiting in line and I saw their selection of fresh baked goods like their chocolate croissant, wheat bran muffin, scones, and cookies. I had to make a decision quick so I got what looked the most appetizing.
The Peet’s Coffee I went to is located 3972 Barranca Pkwy F-2 Irvine, CA 92606 which is right in the Crossroads shopping center with a Target within the center along with The Veggie Grill, LA Fitness, and the Ha long Vietnamese Restaurant.
The lines started to form up quickly but the cashier got people in and out really quickly. The espresso and coffee cake was a good way to start the Friday morning!
