Papaya Thai Bistro

Papaya Thai Bistro is located at 2700 Alton Pkwy, A-141 | Irvine, CA 92606 and is inside Diamond Jamboree Plaza which is surrounded by many different stores, restaurants, and the popular 85 Degree bakery. But be cautioned that this parking area gets quite hectic so you’ll have to have some patience.

Come in for either brunch, lunch, or dinner and they’re opened Mon-Thu, Sun 11 am – 9:30 pm and Fri-Sat 11 am – 10:30 pm.

I first tried this place when I met with my friend “J” for lunch. We chose this place because it wasn’t packed unlike BCD tofu house and we were ready to chow down. We were seated right away since the place wasn’t so busy and was a quiet night at the restaurant. I glanced through the menu with the pictures, but once I saw beef broccoli, I knew I had to get that. My friend ordered the pad Thai and asked for extra peanuts which she got a lot of. I tried a bit of the pad Thai and thought it was delicious because the peanut flavor was strong. The beef broccoli was good and flavorful.

Papaya Thai Bistro offers great tasting Thai dishes like chicken pad see ew, garlic rice, duck noodle soup, tom yum soup, spicy beef salad, crab fried rice, and lots more. There are options for vegetarians as well as meat eaters and seafood lovers.

There’s also the Thai tea and iced coffee to satisfy your sweet tooth.

If I crave Thai food, I just night choose this place, but if I’m REALLY craving it, then I would opt to go to Thai Nakorn which is in Garden Grove CA.
