Last time I went to Old World German Market was few months ago. I fell in love with this German deli/market when I first discovered this place. I never knew an authentic German deli was in the center of Huntington Beach CA! It’s a hidden gem that I can imagine not many people know about so let me share it with you all.
Last time I took the time to check out all the products on the shelves from different chocolate brands to pickles in a jar. This time I wanted to focus on the sweets of the Old World Market. You’ll find popular German chocolate brands here such as Ritter Sport and Milka. There are many unique flavors like Ritter Sport Strawberry Yogurt, Milka Strawberry and cream, and Ritter Sport Coffee Vanilla Cream.
Have you tried these Liqueur Cake Cappuccino before? I can imagine they’re perfect with a cup of tea of morning coffee.
I see these Haribo Berries everywhere and when I say everywhere I mean Cost Plus World Market and this place. I really need to try this! Stick around though as I’ll be reviewing other Haribo product line.
Marzipan is chocolate filled with almond paste and is very sweet. They come in many different sizes in case you just want to taste it and see if you like it. I’ve tried it and loved it but I’ll stick to the small ones since it’s way too sweet.
