We arrived around 9:00pm and the crowd wasn’t big but keep in mind that this place is quite tiny and only seats around 20 people or so. The staff in the kitchen is in plain view as they prepare the noodles and the other items from the menu.

The menu is simple and not overwhelming like some other restaurants and the prices are affordable.

Gyoza

“G” and I were really hungry so before we started on the Ramen we ordered some crispy Gyozas. They weren’t anything special as we could have bought gyozas and fried it at home but it was tasty non-the-less. There are also other appetizers such as the Fried Rice, Kimchi Fried Rice, Takana Fried Rice, Pork Belly Bowl, Chachu Bowl, Mini Mentaiko, and White Rice.

So now it’s time to choose your ramen and then choose from their many toppings. The basic ramen toppings are green onions, two slices of melt-in-your-mouth chashu, bamboo shoots, and kikurage. Tonkotsu Ramen is what I went with which is a blend of pork and chicken. If spicy noodles are your thing you can make the broth spicy as you’d like. The first bite of the Chashu pork will just melt in your mouth. The broth is quite oily but it’s what really gives the wavy noodles its flavor.
