Melt Gelato & Cafe is located 239 Los Cerritos Mall Shop A 34 Cerritos, CA 90703. If you happen to be walking around shopping till you drop at the Cerritos Mall, make sure you stop by Melt Gelato & Cafe stall which is right in front of The Children’s Place clothing store and right at the start of the food courts.
I’ve never had gelato and wanted to try and I saw that they had so many different flavors it was so hard to choose. What’s gelato you might ask? Well gelato basically means ice cream in Italian and is ice cream but it’s much more dense and because of that, gelato’s flavors are much more intense. It also has more sugar than your normal American ice cream, but you gotta treat yourself once in a while!
For the chocolate lovers…like me…Melt Gelato & Cafe offers flavors like rocky road gelato, white chocolate gelato, mocha almond fudge and for the coffee loves, me again, they have tiramisu, cappuccino and double espresso nut crunch gelato. And you can’y go wrong with their wide variety of fruit flavor gelato like banana caramel praline, strawberry cheesecake, coconut and much more.
