Hey everyone happy Thursday! I know everyone’s day during the week is busy enough let alone getting dinner ready. Sometimes you just want to come home, take off your shoes, and not have to worry about cooking.

Luckily there’s Marie Callendars Chicken Pot Pie which is simple to heat up in an oven or a microwave. I was quite skeptical about the use of a microwave for a chicken pot pie but surprisingly, the pot pie actually had a crispy crust. I was so afraid that the top of the pie would be soggy but because of their patented tech on the box, the pie was super crispy and extra hot. The pie contains “tender white-meat chicken, carrots, celery, and peas prepared in a golden, flaky crust made from scratch”.

Next time I’ll need to pop it in the convection oven to see if I can see a difference between the microwave and the oven. Oven does take much longer which is why microwaving would be my top choice, but just to test it out I’d want to try it in the oven anyways.
Marie Callendars Chicken Pot Pie can be purchased at your local Costco.
