Weekend In Malibu CA

Hi friends! The weather from the weekend was just lovely wasn't it? Well maybe for the beach. I was surprised I was actually cold the nights at Malibu CA. I've never been able to experience the beach here before so I was really excited to spend the weekend here. [caption id="attachment_19371" align="alignnone" width="600"] Ralphs donuts[/caption] When we got here, we were ready for good eats. Even though we had plenty of food, we decided to drop by the Ralph's here. You won't believe their awesome cheese selections! My friend "E" and I sampled a few and we just had to get some. The some amount ended up being like 5 different cheeses? I wandered off for a bit to check out their donuts section. Mmmm donuts. [caption id="attachment_19362" align="alignnone" width="600"] Bunch of sunflowers[/caption] They sunflower bunches are so beautiful with the beach in the background. [caption id="attachment_19359" align="alignnone" width="600"] Big spiral seashell bigger than my hands[/caption] Look at how big this seashell is! It's bigger than my hands. Oh and I verified this was real in case you were thinking it wasn't possible for a seashell to get this big. The sea-snail that lived in this shell must have been buff! [caption id="attachment_19365" align="alignnone" width="600"] Malibu CA Beautiful Clouds and the sky[/caption] Isn't the sky just beautiful? The sky is dark blue and the clouds are fluffy. At the house, there is drift wood and shells all over. That's what I loved about the house was that the beach was inside too! [caption id="attachment_19364" align="alignnone" width="600"] Breakfast in Malibu CA[/caption] Yum, here was my breakfast. Fruits, bacon, eggs, bread, cheese, and coffee of course. I just had to have my coffee. [caption id="attachment_19372" align="alignnone" width="600"] View of Malibu CA beach[/caption] After breakfast, we went down to the beach and took a walk. I just love looking at the other beach homes in the area. They're all so different and unique in their own days. It was breezy and warm at the beach which was perfect. We saw scuba divers, fisherman, locals taking a walk with their dogs, beach goers, surfers, and more. I could stay here all day and just listen to the wave crashing and looking off into the distance. [caption id="attachment_19375" align="alignnone" width="600"] Jello watermelon![/caption] My friend "E" make these cool Jello Watermelon! Isn't it awesome!? I was amazed at how perfect it turned out. It definitely was a "Nailed It" Pinterest moment. [caption id="attachment_19374" align="alignnone" width="600"] Grilling chicken in Malibu[/caption] For lunch/dinner, we had grilled some chicken, sausage, burger patties with spicy sausages in it with lots of yummy sides. I wish I could have taken more pictures. [caption id="attachment_19399" align="alignnone" width="600"] Lemonade and Lime drinks[/caption] Here are some fresh squeezed lemonade and limeade. [caption id="attachment_19376" align="alignnone" width="600"] Pretty flowers[/caption] The beach house is surrounded with pretty vibrant pink flowers. [caption id="attachment_19360" align="alignnone" width="600"] Malibu Waves and the sunset[/caption] It was getting late so it was the best time to sit down at the porch and check out the sunset. [caption id="attachment_19361" align="alignnone" width="600"] Malibu CA sunset[/caption] It got a bit chilly so we sat inside for a while. Then we came out again to see an even more magnificent sunset. Then we went inside again and sat next to the fireplace. Until next time Malibu!
