Limestone Canyon Wilderness Park…

is a scheduled event only and is required that you register for the event. How much is it for the Limestone Canyon Wilderness Park? Well it’s free so be sure to take advantage of this opportunity when it’s opened to the public. It is located at East Santiago Canyon Rd Silverado, CA 92676.

This trail offers spectacular views of what is called the “mini-Grand Canyon” of Irvine which was really breathtaking.  I had no idea that such a place existed in Irvine, so that’s why it’s important to keep your eyes opened for scheduled events online.

Not only is the mini-Grand Canyon a must see, but on the trail, you can enjoy the failed lemon tree orchid, a diverse view of plants, birds, and many other animals. We were lucky enough to hear two coyotes calling out to each other. It was about a 9 mile hike which took about 4 hours. It’s thought, but it’s worth it because once you get to the mini-Grand Canyon, you’ll be glad you went through with it.

After all that hiking, we were all ready to get lunch at our usual place, which is John’s Place!
