My bf, his friends, and I were walking along the streets of West Yellowstone Montana in the middle of the night searching for something to eat. We saw an old school looking bus that had a menu attached to it. So out of curiosity, we approached the bus to get a closer look and saw that they served many Mexican dishes. I was skeptical at first because of what the restaurant was in, but one I took a bite into my paper dish, it was amazing. The seating was tiny and my bf and I kept hitting elbows, but we didn’t mind.
