Do I feel a difference after drinking Kombucha Tea?
Truthfully I do. When my stomach isn’t feeling the greatest or if I feel fatigued once I take my first sip of it I feel much more awake and energetic. The acidity may be uncomfortable at first but the tangyness gets you awake and the carbonation is refreshing After a long road trip to Yellowstone in June, all I are most of the time were granola bars and unhealthy convenient food. After I came back from my trip and had Kombucha I felt better already. Make sure you drink it right away as it’s not good to keep it out for too long. The longer it stays out the more it smells like vinegar and is not good for the bacterium.
