Ever wondered about the ideas for left over pancakes? I took some pancakes home yesterday from Mutt’s and this morning, I thought of a great idea! I told myself what I can do with left over pancakes and I decided I could make a pancake sandwich. Pancakes are very versatile since the cake will harden and has great support for building any kind of breakfast sandwiches. Pancakes could even be frozen for next weekend’s breakfast. You’ll just have to thaw it out and then pop it in the toaster.
