There are many benefits in bananas as they're a good source of vitamins, minerals, and fiber. What's great about the fruit is that it's convenient to eat, it's sweet, top it off in cereal, oatmeal, and make banana bread. Also did you know bananas are nature's best energy bar? Eat it before a workout or after a workout to replenish the lost electrolytes.
I typically eat a banana before a workout or after. It helps me regain my energy and keeps my appetite down. I also like to add it to my cereal, smoothies, and oatmeal for breakfast.

To have a great start to the New Year, try introducing more bananas to your diet and you will see how much better you feel. When possible I stick to organic though you might hear that its not necessary because of the thick skin but you have to realize that before the bananas are full size, they're constantly sprayed with pesticides. The bananas are basically being sprayed from growth to finish so it will contain the GMO chemicals.
