The fiance and I went out for a nice hike at the Red Rocks National Park early morning in order to beat the heat. We were expecting the weather to be around 90-100 but we got really lucky. The morning wasn't too hot and by the time we were done with our hike, it was about mid to high 80s. Stick around and I'll show you some awesome pics of the park. We had no idea on what to eat so we Yelped "restaurants", "good lunch places" and lunch in our current location which was Las Vegas on the Strip. Then tada, it seemed like Gordon Ramsay BurGR was a popular choice. This joint is located in Plant Hollywood and as we were on our way inside, there was a big cloud of smoke at the Cosmopolitan. Firefighters were rushing to the scene to put out the fire that occurred on the pool deck. Luckily it was put out, but the fiance and I stood in line for lunch. Gordon Ramsay BurGR Truffle Parmesan Fries
The line for the joint was quite long. But it's like you're on the fast track in Disneyland because if you're a party of two, the line moves fast, but with a party of 3 or more, the wait could be much longer. Once we were seated the host got us our drinks pretty quickly and we had our menu already ready for us.

I just had to take a few pics of the menu since it looks so cool. Open it up and you'll see....

Gordon Ramsay on the menu! I can just imagine him saying "THE WATER IS BURNT!" Haha I used to watch Hell's Kitchen all the time and found him very entertaining.

He's entertaining but it was time to see what this place had to offer. As "G" and I were skimming through the menu, we both couldn't look past the Truffle Parmesan Fries $11. It may be expensive but it's THE best fries ever!

You just have to try the Gordon Ramsay BurGR Truffle Parmesan Fries. As you can see from the pictures, the fries are hand-cut so the fries are bigger, it's topped with truffle Parmesan, truffle salt, and truffle aioli. It also comes with two dipping sauce. Every bite was amazing, it was crispy, flavorful, and superb. I highly recommend this.
I ordered the Farm Burger $15 which is made of duck breast bacon + English sharp cheddar + a fried egg. This burger may look small on your plate, but trust me, it's more than enough. This burger was amazing and who can say no to the over easy egg, duck bacon, and sharp cheddar cheese. It's a perfect combination.

"G" ordered the Hell's Kitchen burger $15 and you'll see why it's called Hell's Kitchen. It's made of asadero cheese + roasted jalapeno peppers + avocado + oven roasted tomato. I took a bite out of this danger and boy was it spicy. I couldn't handle even half of the burger because of the spice and I love spice! So if you're a spicy food lover, I recommend this.
