Happy Monday and MLK day! It’s just a nice and relaxing day for me. Sorry I didn’t post anything since Thursday but I’ve been very busy. I went to Fuzziwig’s Candy Factory a while back and I wanted to share with you all about this candy treasure.
Fuzziwig’s Candy Factory is literally a candy factory! There are wall full of different candies you can choose from, from hard candy to chocolates. Just grab a clear bag and fill it up to your heart’s content.
Not only will you find hard candies and chocolates, but also interesting things like this “Fried Candy” here. I have no idea what it tastes like but just by looking at it, it might be a chewy gummy texture.
How about getting some fun efrutti gummies shaped like your favorite fair food like burgers and hot dogs. I loved these when I was younger and I would first eat the “buns” then the “tomato”, “lettuce” and finally the “patty”. It sure made eating candy that much more fun.
As you’re browsing through the store, you’ll suddenly experience those nostalgic memories as you notice they have your favorite childhood candy. For me, these Nerds, Ring Pops, Mamba, Candy necklaces, and Fun Dips reminds me when I was a child and eating the candies while watching cartoons.
Candy canes used to remind me of Christmas but the candy industry was able to make so many unique flavors like strawberry, cinnamon, tropical fruit, and root beer that it just reminds me of awesome candy shops now.
Some people love candy wax, and some don’t, and there are some who have no idea what these are like myself. I tried it before and I didn’t find it sweet. It’s just a way for me to keep busy by constantly chewing the wax hoping it’ll taste like candy after so many chews.
As a kid, I loved anything that was chocolate. Particularly chocolate bars! I was not a fan of hard candies because it took too long to finish and that’s why I was a fan of chocolate bars since they would be so easy to finish…which is actually not a good thing huh?
