Munchies Monday: Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Chicken Dip Plus Game Night!

If you're looking something to munch on, then grab a bag of Ruffles, crackers, or veggies and make this awesome Buffalo Chicken Dip! For game night, our friend "K" made an awesom Frank's RedHot Buffalo Chicken Dip...oh my goodness, it's total blue-cheese heaven. Check out the recipe at the Franks Redhot site! You just need crumbled blue-cheese, blue-cheese dressing, cream cheese, Frank's Red Hot Sauce Glass Bottle, Original Cayenne, 46-Ounce, and cooked shredded chicken. Just bake, and then top it with more cheese if you'd like and serve with chips or veggies. There's even a healthier alternative by replacing cream cheese  with Neuchâtel cheese and using a low-fat ranch or blue-cheese dressing. It's just blue-cheese heaven! I was never a blue-cheese fan until I tried some two years ago in Baltimore at the Tapas restaurant called Tapas Adela Restaurant At Fells Point Maryland and from then on, I just loved it. There were different mini buns to choose from such as the Hawaiian Mini rolls, ciabatta, and regular mini slider buns. Adding the baked squash really brought out the sweetness of the veggie and the variety of mustard complemented the mini burgers. I love how small they are because you get to try it with different buns, mustard, and cheese! It's a sure way you can be creative with your sliders and still have room for more. After playing DC Deck building game, it made Dominion so much easier to understand and the game ends quicker too so we were able to get in two games for the night. If you're looking for a fun game night game, I suggest Dominion as it's there are lots of expansions available to add depth and complexity, it's easy to learn yet competitive, there can be 2-4 players but usually we have more than 4 players, and it's so much fun!
