Falasophy Food Truck was near my area so I just had to drop by, and I just by the name of it, I knew it would be Mediterranean food! I just loooove Mediterranean food. I haven’t tried much Falafel much, but I did try maybe two times at most and just loved it.
Check out my YouTube vid below! 🙂
Like all food trucks, don’t expect a big portion and cheap. I ordered the Classic Falafel Pita which was $8. It’s expensive but was tasty. Thought I do have one complaint. The pita bread was a bit dry and I can tell it was homemade though because there was still flour on it, BUT the falafel was amazing. It was perfectly fried, crispy, and had the right amount of delisciousness.
I also got an order of the Spicy fries and the guy working there asked “are you sure?” I responded with “of course!”, then he said “okay just making sure because sometimes people will complain that it was spicy haha”. I was hoping it to be spicy but not a slight tingle. I really did enjoy it though. Oh and another thing, getting the Pita wrap and fries are considered a combo, but don’t expect a drink to come with that.
I would recommend it though because the falafel were awesome. Perhaps next time I’ll just order a bowl of that instead 🙂
Falasophy Food Truck is usually in the OC area but they actually have a location which is at 16221 Construction Cir Irvine, CA 92606.
