We had some office anniversaries to celebrate their employment with the company and it’s tradition to have bagels in the morning from either Eienstein Bro Bagels of Brueggers. I always wanted to try the blueberry but it usually goes out quick since it’s popular in the office. For the first time, I was able to snatch one of those. It was delicious when popped into the toaster and got a perfect toasty brown color to it. I used green onion chive cream cheese for the bagel and it was a sweet and salty balance.
