Hi friends how are you all doing? I was so busy this week and weekend that I wasn’t able to write-up ANY posts for the weekend. When I don’t post I feel like I’m not being productive! But this week I’ll do my best to make up for it.
Thursday for lunch was with my friends and we decided to grab lunch at a Japanese/Asian Fusion buffet restaurant called Hokkaido which is located near the John Wayne Airport, behind the noticeable Benehana’s Japanese restaurant. It was a buffet filled with seafood, fried stuff, lots of delicious veggies, desserts, and fresh fruits as well.
Friday was my usual visit to Cost Plus World Market to see what items they had this time and of course to pick up some dark chocolate. Stick around and I’ll share what I picked up 🙂
Oh and I also dropped by Starbucks for some coffee!
On Saturday, our friend “K” was able to get us into Disneyland for free! I was so excited for this day to come and I can’t believe it was already the weekend for Disneyland. Is it just me or is time just flying by!?
I don’t even remember the last time I was in Disneyland and Disney’s California Adventure. Well actually I believe the last time I was here was back in 2009 when I had the annual pass.
My friend and I would go to the different side of the park from one night to another. One night we would hangout at Tomorrow land, other days in Adventure land, and then spend some time at California Adventure. Back when California kinda first opened, there wasn’t that much stuff here.
There’s just so much things I want to share with you all so it might take a while to get my pictures and thought together. I just might have to breakdown the post to the different aspects of Disneyland!
“K” made reservations at the Carthay Circle Restaurant within the Disney California Adventure Park for lunch and I was so excited to try this place out. There’s so much details to the interior and the staff is very polite.
The food here is amazing, I mean AMAZING! I’ll be sure to share everything this week. (Drool)
Saturday was such an exhausting day so Sunday was just a chill day. We had Lee’s Sandwich for breakfast and I needed a picker upper so I ordered the Iced Lee’s Coffee as well.
“G” found an awesome site where you can play your favorite old school games! One of my favorite was Zelda: A Link To The Past for Super Nintendo!
It was also a day of cartoons like the Zelda cartoon and Captain N, both of which I’ve never seen before! I wish I knew about it as a kid.
Here are my to-do list for posts coming up:
*Disneyland
*Catalina Trip
*Still need to share my Zion National Park Trip…
*Carthay Circle Restaurant
*And much more.
