Deviled eggs are so simple to make and makes a great appetizer or side dish. They’re great for hosting a game, having a get together, or just serving it before the main course. I usually have a lot of eggs at home so I wanted to make something simple and easy. What’s great about making Deviled eggs is that it can be made a day in advanced.

Deviled egg

Ingredients:
6 eggs
2 tbs Mustard
1/2 Cup Diced Celery
1 tsp Lemon Pepper
1 tbs Chopped Onions

Directions: Boil eggs for 15 mins. Drain hot water and run cold water over the eggs for a few minutes. Peel the eggs. With a shart knife, cut eggs in half and gently remove yolks. Transfer yolks to a bowl, add mustard, lemon pepper, diced celery, and onions. Mash with fork and mix well. Spoon egg yolk mixture to each halved egg whites evenly and refrigerate before serving.
