Happy New Year friends! This is my first post for the new year 🙂
I never knew there could be an all-you-can-eat Korean Shabu Shabu until my friend invited me out for lunch at the Dada Shabu Shabu. Make sure you get reservations because this place gets really packed.
Lunch price should be $17+ but it’s $20 for their holiday price. That’s pretty disappointing, but that just means I’m going to get my moneys worth!
The shabu bowl is split in half to share with the other side of the table. I didn’t like that idea but it’s more than enough room and broth.
Once you’re at your seat, you’re free to go to the buffet area where there’s rice, sesame balls, chicken, jap-che (Korean glass noodles), sweet and sour pork, seaweed salad as your side dish. Then there’s all the addition for the broth such as kabocha squash, udon noodles, ramen noodles, cabbage, cilantro, bok choy, tofu, and other veggies. Then get your bachan (Korean side dishes) and make sure to get all the spices and sauces.
Wish I took more pictures but it’s hard when your hands are full from all you can eat dishes 😆
