So what’s so unique about Creamistry? Well you’ll be surprised that their ice cream is not only fresh made to order, but is made by using liquid nitrogen. Yes you read right, liquid nitrogen! Why use liquid nitrogen? The rapid freezing process which is -321 degrees rapidly starts to evaporate once it contact air and quickly evaporates creating decadent rich, creamy frozen delights and plus you get a cool show in the process. Because Liquid Nitrogen is extremely cold, there are no ice crystals formed in the milk which as a result gives an ultra creamy texture.
The Creamologists at Creamistry are trained to inject the liquid nitrogen into the mixing bowl where in seconds, it vanishes leaving only indulgent and creamiest ice cream! Here you get high quality ingredients which includes all-natural as well as organic bases. With over 40 flavors the choices are limitless. Once you choose a flavor, choose from their 50 mix-ins and toppings.
Here’s how you order: Step 1- choose from the sizes available-small, medium, family, Specialty, Step 2- Select your ice cream base, such as Signature premium, Organic, and real fruit sorbet, and finally, Step 3- Choose your flavor and toppings. Then viola, yours can look like the one below 🙂
