The bf and I took a trip the the Cabazon Outlets and we were shopping like there was no tomorrow. Next thing we knew, so much time has passed by and noticed it was dinner time. We were on our way out of the shopping mall and drove past this little joint. We stopped to check it out even though we only saw one person there. We thoroughly checked the menu and decided what we wanted. It was a delicious experience and the cashier was kind enough to tell us about their menu since it was our first time and mentioned that their tortillas are homemade.
It was a regular chicken taco, but it was the right amount. The chicken was seasoned so perfectly and the tortilla was think and delicious. There’s something about home made tortillas that makes it extra yummy. The sauce that they use was a little spicy and sour, just the way I like it.
I think every time we shop till we drop at the Cabazon Outlets, we’ll have to work up a huge appetite and head on over to Crazy Coyote Tacos. I highly suggesting eating here even if the place doesn’t catch your attention. You won’t be disappointed, that’s for sure!
