This was my second time at Crazy Coyote Tacos and “G” and I wanted to come back because our last foodie experience here was awesome. The last time I came here, I just got the Regular Chicken Taco which looks tiny but is quite filling.
After all the hours of shopping at the Cabazon Outlets, my bf and I were ready to eat. I was so hungry that this time I ordered the large marinated chicken taco which was topped with their guacamole sauce, salsa, cheese, cilantro, and onion and with a side of beans and rice. You can clearly tell it’s a huge taco like no other!
I was surprised at how delicious the beans and rice were because when you look at it, it looks pretty plain. “G” even agreed the rice and beans were great because he’s not a big rice and beans fan. What was good about the rice was that it was not dry, but instead was moist and flavorful from the seasoning.
