The latest on Costco Pastry!
Is it just me or do you love coming to Costco because of the many selection of new pastries and the samples!? It’s brilliant that they allow you to sample the food products to taste before you buy them.
I was on a mission…
to look for the latest Costco pastry on the shelves. Of course there’s always the signature selection of Kirkland brand muffins such as Vanilla Chocolate Chunk, Double Chocolate, Apple Crumb, Poppy Seed, Blueberry, and Banana Nut Muffins. For a great summer party dessert, try the White and Chocolate Cupcakes because it’s colorful, fun, and sweet.
When you glance at the Lattice Apple Pie, it will remind you of grandmother’s apple pie. Except grandmother’s pie is not as ginormous as the one at Costco. But it looks tasty and the portion is huge and baked fresh daily!
This was new as I have never seen the Chia pocket before. It looks like a pita bread and would be perfect to make a wrap stuffed with either beef or chicken, lettuce, and other ingredients for a simple quick meal. Plus it has chia seeds in it which rich in omega 3 fatty acids.
The Sweet and Salty Snack Brittle was also something I haven’t seen before. If you’re looking for the sweet and salty snack then this is it. It has childhood favorites like Chex cereal, peanuts, pretzel drizzled with white chocolate.
Who doesn’t love Madeleines? It goes hand in hand with coffee or tea.
Delicious croissants…”G” and I made our own breakfast sandwiches with these yummy flaky wonders.
If you haven’t tries these Pretzel Slider Buns and I suggest you do so. It’s like no other slider buns you’ve ever tried before because it taste like the King’s Hawaiian Bread!
For perfect portion control, try these cute Chocolate Chip Mini Muffins which are only 100 calories each! Make sure you only eat one though.
Growing up Palmiers was the one go to flaky dessert after dinner. It’s delicious, flaky, crunchy all in one.
Sometimes a big brownie is just too much so these Petite Brownie Bites are just the right size and not overwhelming.
