Chicken Maison is located at 3332 S Bristol St Santa Ana, CA 92704 and serves up healthy Mediterranean dishes.
This was my first time here and I was quite excited what this place had to offer. My bf goes here a lot and told me about it so we decided to dine here. I saw that they had their special which is the quarter chicken plate that comes with a side of rice, salad and a tiny container of tzatziki sauce. Unfortunately the special doesn’t allow substitution like replacing the rice with hummus or steamed veggies, but you just can’t beat the deal.
I was surprised that Chicken Maison also served a basket of pita bread! It was perfect to tear a bit of the pita bread, stuff it with chicken, and then dip it into the tzatziki sauce. The food reminded me of Aristo Cafe which is also a Mediterranean restaurant and after trying that place out, I really been wanting to try other Mediterranean places.
I have tried other Mediterranean places like Daphnie’s Greek Cafe, but I’m not sure if that’s considered as one because it’s a chain and has a mix of other dishes. I have no complaints of that place thought because the food is delicious.
