Bruxie Smoked Salmon- A Second Visit To Try Something New!

Hope you all had a great Easter weekend! There were lots of great eats and adventures that happened over the weekend such as grilling, hiking, and all the fun stuff but I’ll be posting that come this week so stick around!

I went to Bruxies for the first time last year and it was such an awesome experience so I wanted to come here again and try something new.

The line was long as always with students from the near by Chapman University, young crowd, and older crowd. It’s a hip place to come to when the weather is great and when you’re in for some treat.

The staff is very kind and very informative about the menu as you wait. Check out the menu as it can become overwhelming because everything seriously sounds delicious. Last time I ordered the savory Buttermilk Fried Chicken & WaffleChili Honey & Cider Slaw so this time I wanted to try the Bruxie Smoked Salmon Lox & Dill Cream Cheese- Michel Cordon Bleu Cold Smoked Salmon with Herb Cream Cheese, Cucumbers & Chives!! I’ve see the picture of that item on Yelp and it looked amazing.

Still, I wanted to get the Prosciutto & Gruyere, Roasted Mushroom & Goat Cheese, or the Cheesy Bruxie so I quickly made my order once I got to the counter. Plus I ordered a regular sized cappuccino 🙂

“G” ordered the special which was the Pulled Port Bruxie Sandwich and our friend ordered the  Hot Pastrami BruxieBoar’s Head Pastrami with Gruyere, Cider Slaw, Spicy Brown Mustard & Half Sour Pickles
with a side of the Waffle Cut Fries.

My friend treated me out to Bruxies for my birthday and I was excited to try something new. What really caught my attention was the Smoked Salmon with Dill Cream cheese. I’ve been meaning to try it for the longest because it seemed really light.
Bruxie is located at 292 North Glassell Street, Orange, CA 92866 and is the go to place if you’re at the Orange Circle at Old Towne Orange.
