Tasty Tuesday: Bruegger’s Bagels Spinach Cheddar Omelet Sandwich

“G” and I were trying to think of breakfast places around the area but we just couldn’t think of anything until I closed my eyes and really thought about it. Then a light bulb turned on when I remembered there was a Bruegger’s Bagels not too far from us! I never had a bagel sandwich before so it was exciting to finally try it. Usually a plain bagel that’s toasted is enough for me but it was going to be a treat to try a warm breakfast bagel.

I was glad I wasn't the only one having a hard time as this bearded man was indecisive, but he made one of the staff pretty upset. You can see the melted cheddar cheese melted over the spinach omelet and sandwiched over the warm sundried tomato bagel. Bagels usually gets me full pretty fast but this wasn't overwhelming.
