If you’re looking for a place to eat for lunch, Boulangerie Pierre & Patisserie is a place to go for great French baguettes baked fresh and Vietnamese sandwiches. These Vietnamese sandwiches doesn’t compare to Lee’s sandwiches. There are many types of sandwiches to choose from. I ordered the chicken Vietnamese sandwich which had the pickled carrots and radish and simply adding cucumbers made a huge difference but that wasn’t the only thing that made it better.
The baguette had a light salty flavor to it from the light coating of seasoning and had the right amount of crispiness and crunch. The shredded chicken was like a chicken salad added to the sandwich and of course, it had the usually Vietnamese toppings like the pickled carrots & radish, chili, and cilantro.
If you have a sweet tooth, I highly recommend their baked goods like the madeleines, cake slices, fruit tarts, and much more and if you’re craving something small, you can get their mini sandwiches.There are even breakfast items in the morning but be sure to get there before they’re out. There’s only a limited amount of ham & cheese croissants in the mini oven that they have out.
I’m always tempted to try everything on display because they’re perfectly portioned and so tasty. Next time I come here I am definitely going to try something different.
