I ordered the gluten free pizza from BJ’s Brewery had a strange taste to it at first. I figured that because the dough didn’t have wheat in it, it didn’t pair that well with the cheese and sauce. It was chewy like mochi flour. The crust was somewhat crispy, but the center was limp and soggy from the sauce. The stuffed mushrooms were packed with cheese and artichokes and tasted great. Unfortunately it didn’t look as good as it taste.
