Product Review: Belvita Breakfast Biscuits

healthy breakfast
If you happen to be on the run all the time and skip breakfast now you don’t have to with the Belvitabreakfast bars. They’re made by Nabisco Brand and can be found almost anywhere such as convenient stores, markets, WalMart and even on Amazon.com. I finally tried Nabisco Belvita Breakfast Biscuits, Golden Oat and thought it was tasty. It was more like a snack for me because it tasted just like the Honey Graham Crackers that are used for smores.

I don’t know if I’d suggest this as breakfast but I guess it’s better to grab this then a candy bar, muffin, donuts or cookie because it’s not too sweet. Good thing about this product is that there’s no high fructose corn syrup, hydrogenated oils, artificial flavors or sweeteners, made with rolled oats and real blueberries (for the blueberry line), kosher, is nutritious and gives sustained energy.

For each Belvita Golden Oat, there are 60 calories with 3 grams of sugar. I doubt anyone will eat just one so the “real” serving is 4 biscuits which is the count in each pack. There are 230 calories with 11 grams of sugar in one pack.

They now offer other BelVita Soft Baked Biscuits in Mixed Berry and Oats & Chocolate.
