Karl Strauss Brewing Company Is Not Your Average Chain

It has been a while since I've posted anything. I miss blogging! I will need to get back on track and share all the deliciousness with my readers. Few weeks ago I went to Karl Strauss Brewing Company for the first time after watching The Avengers 2 with umbelievable, curiousro and my fiancé. What did you guys think about the move? If you haven't seen it, go see it now. The cook has to way to be an individual to flare things up. That is what I expected of Karl Strauss Brewing Company, but I really wanted to try it since I've heard only good things about it. [caption id="attachment_19145" align="alignnone" width="600"] Karl Strauss Mediterranean: Cucumber, tomato, romaine, radicchio, red onions, feta, kalamata olives, grilled flatbread, basil, and greek dressing 10.95[/caption] I love everything Mediterranean so when I saw they had a Mediterranean salad I just had to get it. There's just so much flavor in this salad from the red onion, feta cheese, the olives, and the tangy Greek dressing. This place is quite filling as there are two slices of grilled flat-bread and perfectly grilled chicken as well. You can eat the salad with your fork or you can just wrap up some of the chicken and salad! Either way you have it, its delicious. It's hard to tell as you can only see the top of the bun. Oh wait...I do remember taking a bite out of it. I can recall delicious grilled onions and juicy patty. OMG its the Smoked Gouda Burger! (Updating the photo caption...) So what's made of the Smoked Gouda Burger? It is all natural grass-fed beef, beer onions, smoked gouda, fig chutney, lettuce, tomato, chipotle ale mayo, and fries. You can actually taste the hint of spice which spice things up a bit. The Smoked Gouda Burger is served with a side of deliciously season fries. We dipped it in ranch which was so good.
