Tasty Thursday: Barbara’s Snackimals

I was excited to try Barbara's Snackimals Peanut Butter because it's PEANUT BUTTER! One bite and I was hooked. What did I like most about it? Well, as a big peanut butter fan I expect a lot for anything that's peanut butter flavor. I was surprised at how peanut buttery, crispy, and flavorful it was even though it's low in sugar and fat. What disappointed though was that I thought it would be a peanut butter sandwich, and to find out it was just crackers. Don't get me wrong though, it's not lacking any peanut butter flavor goodness. If you wanted, you could spread on some peanut butter for that extra burst of flavor!
