Halloween is long past, but that doesn’t mean I can’t share my visit to the Anaheim brewery again and also talk a little about the Anaheim Halloween Parade! While the husband and I were grabbing a beer flight, the Anaheim Halloween was in place. No wonder we saw a lot of storm troopers and a Darth Vader crossing the street!

It took a while finding a parking spot as streets were closed or rerouted because of the parade. We eventually just parked at a structure not too bar from the brewery.
There were Anaheim Fall Festival flyers at the bar so that’s how we figured it was the annual Anaheim Halloween Parade, their 91st parade! The beertender also told us. My friend “E” was there and said it’s getter bigger and bigger each year. We’ll definitely have to check this out next year.
It was hard to see the parade or what was going on outside so we just ordered our choices of beer for the flight to share. I believe we ordered the Anaheim Red (one of our favorites), hefeweizen, the Porter (my all time favorite), some hoppy beer, and then some other one I can’t remember, but was probably also hoppy. Bleh.
Drinking from light to dark is the right way to drink the flights, but I drank it from dark to light which gave it an interesting and unusual flavor.
Before we left the Brewery, we filled a growler with the Anaheim Red for a get together with friends.
